È la città di Astana, avveniristica capitale del Kazakistan, ad ospitare il 15 e 16 luglio 2023 i CAMPIONATI MONDIALI di BELT WRESTLING,organizzati dalla International Belt Wrestling Association (IBWA) col supporto del Ministero dello Sport. La Federazione Italiana Kurash e Lotte Tradizionali (FIKULT) sarà presente con l’atleta Vitalie Ursu, che nella categoria -90kg gareggerà sia nel “free style” che nel “classic style”. Atleta di Judo, Kurash, Sambo e Belt Wrestling, dopo aver raggiunto il 5° posto nella precedente edizione, quest’anno Vitalie Ursu punta a salire sul podio. Fondata e presieduta dall’avvocato Vittorio Giorgi, la FIKULT rappresenta la IBWA in Italia.

The city of Astana, the futuristic capital of Kazakhstan, will host the BELT WRESTLING WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS on 15 and 16 July 2023, organized by the International Belt Wrestling Association (IBWA) with the support of the Ministry of Sport. The Kurash and Traditional Wrestling Italian Federation (FIKULT) will partecipate with the athlete Vitalie Ursu, who in the -90kg category will compete both in the “free style” and in the “classic style”. Athlete of Judo, Kurash, Sambo and Belt Wrestling, after reaching 5th place in the previous edition, this year Vitalie Ursu aims to get on the podium. Founded and chaired by the lawyer Vittorio Giorgi, the FIKULT represents the IBWA in Italy.
